In November of 2023, I was presented the opportunity to engage Xavier in his all-in one-on-one coaching program. Since we began our work together there have been many positive changes in my life spiritually emotionally personally and professionally. I attribute the changes to a new way of being uncovered, illuminated, and unlocked during my deeply profound work with Xavier. Before teaming up with Xavier (Iron Man), life seemed to have a hold on me rather than the other way around. After years of dis-ease in my physical body, with my emotional health, within my spirit, AND in our marriage, the most recent theme in my life has been, "What is medicine?". Since joining this community, my relationship with my significant other has improved for the best! Before, we would hold on to so many little things that would affect the relationship and never talk about our problems, just allowing them to bubble up under the surface. We would fight weekly and hold on so tightly to what the other person said and did to us.
